The annual report you are currently reading and clicking around in is the first electronic annual report for Citizens’ Services and Libraries. At the same time it is a tangible result of the digitalisation policy which the City of Aarhus and not least Citizens’ Services and Libraries have worked on in 2011.
New services and more self-service
In 2011 Citizens’ Services and Libraries have developed a number of new services for online use and focused on the digital self service solutions for citizens. We have successfully worked with digital solutions that improve efficiency in the municipal work at the same time as generating room for service improvements for citizens.
We hereby say a definitive goodbye to the printed version of the annual report as a natural part of the process and we welcome the electronic annual report for 2011.
